A person’s home is important, it provides a sense of belonging, independence and security. It is also where community starts. Significant work has been undertaken to develop a suite of documents that defines the Bury Adult Social Care commitment to housing. A significant work programme is underway to deliver our ambitious priorities, drive improvement across key outcomes and ensure the people of Bury with additional needs are supported to live as independently as possible, and when required, receive support in the right way, at the right time and in the right place.
