The Falls Fracture Prevention Service will be on hand providing information and advice at the following locations:

RPCC - Monday 24th

RPCC - Tuesday 25th

RPCC - Wednesday 26th

Heathlands Village - Thursday 27th

Fairfax - Friday 28th

Displays, leaflets, walking aids, information & advice, and the opportunity to complete your own FRAX assessment to determine your risks of Osteoporosis.
