Clients need to be referred by a local professional (support worker, citizens advice, school, GP, Jobcentre, council, another charity etc). The referral agent must email us from their work email address, and then we will share a form that they fill out on behalf of the client. No self-referrals.

Further Information:
Free of charge. The parcels are emergency food parcels for people in crisis.
3-4 days worth of food and some toiletries depending on availability. Option for fresh vegetables available.
all dietary requirements catered for (halal, GF, DF, V, VG etc)
We deliver Monday-Friday in the morning or afternoon. The client must be able to be in to receive the parcel, we do not deliver to neighbours or leave parcels unattended.
We can help signpost clients to other services. We have a community grocers that will be opening to new clients next year, and we also run cookery classes from time to time.
It’s important to point out that they are a delivery service across all Manchester City Council
