There is no cost and no limit as long as agency is happy that service user needs help
We offer food toiletries, clothes, toys and baby equipment milk food nappies and other baby items and supplies can do other specific items as long as funds permit.
We will deliver to the agency or the agency worker can collect, we have offered some home delivery if there is an issue for service user and the worker has agreed this.
Wednesday’s 12 till 2.30pm
We pack and deliver on a Wednesday morning but can deal with additional requests any other time if urgent.

For residents in Radcliffe and Ainsworth.
A referral must be made by a Statutory Agency (with consent signed to assist your situation on your first access to our service/refer to supporting services).
Referral forms can be requested via our email address or website.
Parcels to be collected on Fridays, 9 am – 12 pm, at the above address.
Donations can also be dropped off at the same time and place.
Food parcels will be limited to 6 parcels (this can be extended if needed, by the request of the referrer).
We can also provide household items, bedding etc.

Due to limited resources this service is available only to Radcliffe Residents.
Our hub opens every Wednesday to 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The services available are firstly a food club ( pantry), which offers 12 items for £3 each visit, after an initial membership fee of £5.
There is a free community cafe in a warm space where free tea coffee biscuits pastries beans and toast etc are available.
There is a clothes shop with lots of seasonal items new and nearly new.
There is an advice centre where many members of council departments and support teams are available to offer advice and help solve individuals' challenges.
