Alexander Residential Care home has a warm homely feel with caring staff, under new ownership since 2015. They have been making big improvements to how they care for residents and their quality of stay. This is reflected in their CQC rating of Good (February 2017).
Staff at the home pride themselves on working by their founding principles of care, kindness, dignity and respect every day.
Rooms are light with some having views over Openshaw Park and the home's garden. They are located within easy reach of the town centre. There are three communal lounges for residents to enjoy. Activities include a regular singer every two weeks (dancing is optional!).
