The Dementia Adviser service provides information to people with dementia and their families to help make the right decisions.
What is the Service?
Dementia Advisors provide Information, advice and signposting to people with dementia and their carers. This is provided at the point of diagnosis and throughout the dementia journey.
Who can use the service?
People accessing this service must have a diagnosis of dementia received either through their GP or via the Memory Assessment Service.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge for this service
