Everyone is different, so our therapy is tailored to what you need. We might discuss current issues or explore how your past experiences shape your choices and reactions now.
I'm experienced in helping with anxiety, depression, infertility, stress, family issues, domestic abuse, and trauma. Whether you prefer in-person sessions, online sessions, or walking therapy in North Manchester, I create a safe and supportive environment for your healing journey.
