• Approx quarter of a mile from town centre.
• Turn Left onto Benson Street (Approx 150 yards)

From M66 Motorway

• M66 Junction 2 Roundabout Take A58 (Rochdale Road) heading for Bury
• Pass Openshaw Park on left.
