Pre-school

Our pre-school class is a great way to introduce your little one to gymnastics! With lots of different circuits and stations set up, you're guaranteed to have lots of fun! ​Parents/guardians are expected to come into the gym and help the littles ones around the equipment. The class will be lead by one of our team of coaches.

Mondays 10:00 - 10:45 / 11:00 - 11:45

£6.00 per class. All preschool classes now require a block booking for each month.

Open-play

Our open play class is a non-structured play session where you and your little one can come in to the main gym, swing on the bars, balance on the beam or test your strength on the rings! We have lots of soft play and sensory toys suitable for crawlers on our floor too! 

*You must supervise your children at all times!

Every Friday 12:30 - 14:30

Badge Classes

Once your little ones are in full time reception(5+), it's time for our evening/weekend classes! Our recreational classes are designed to teach your children the basics that are needed to be a future superstar! The gymnasts work up towards a badge and medal for each booking term, learning new and more complex skills as they progress.

Adult Gymnastics Classes

From ex-gymnasts to complete beginners, this class is suitable for everyone over 18 who wants to get involved in gymnastics, keep fit and improve your strength, coordination and balance. Who knows, you may even end up doing back flips!
