We have been providing practical and effective Self Defence, Anti Bullying, Anti Rape and Anti Abduction tuition in Bury for over 20 years.

We have students from all walks of life, some who use Jiu Jitsu in a professional capacity, some for 'just in case I need it', some for physical fitness, some for competition, some for mental well-being.

The benefits are endless. We teach kids from 4 years of age from every primary school in Bury as well as neighbouring towns.

First and foremost we develop confidence, then how to deal with confrontation, the Rules of Engagement (when to and when not to) and eventually how to end a violent encounter.
