Chesham Primary School

Our aim is for every child to thoroughly enjoy being part of Chesham Primary School. We establish a calm, relaxed, orderly environment where everyone is valued and their talents recognised and celebrated.

The school lies north of Bury town centre and east of Walmersley Road, adjacent to the Lido. It backs onto extensive field and woodland areas, has its own playing field and a large tarmac playground.

We have an admissions limit of 45 children per age group; the children are arranged into eleven classes. In addition to the Head teacher, there are eleven full-time teachers, two part-time teachers and nineteen part-time classroom or special support assistants
