Your Housing Group provide a wide range of homes for social and affordable rent along with properties to purchase through our sales team and Extra Care housing for the over 55s. For those residents who require a little extra support we also provide sheltered and supported accommodation for older people and young adults.

How we were formed

Your Housing Group was formed on 2nd April 2012 following the merger of Harvest Housing Group and Arena Housing Group.

This merger has created a new Group with a combined stock of around 32,000 (now 34,000) properties across the North-West, Yorkshire and Midlands (made up of 18,000 from Harvest and 14,000 from Arena) and projected annual turnover of approximately £150 million per year.

The new organisation has built on the existing strengths of both companies and will enable the preservation of high quality community services and the delivery of over 1400 affordable new homes over the next three years.
