Listening Books - The UK Audiobook Lending Charity
Listening Books - The UK Audiobook Lending Charity
0 Reviews
Listening Books is a national UK charity, providing an audiobook lending service for those that find that an illness, disability, learning or mental health condition impacts on their ability to read or hold a book.
Members can choose to borrow titles to stream through our website, or download them to a smartphone or tablet using the free Libby app.
In total, we have over 8,000 titles available for members to borrow, including popular fiction and non fiction. We ADD new titles to the catalogue throughout the year and also record educational titles that support the National Curriculum and which are unavailable elsewhere in the audio format.
Added to that, members can enjoy extra content with their membership, such as The Listening Books Podcast, author interviews and competitions, as well as access thousands of newspapers and magazines in audio at no additional cost via Pressreader.
