Outreach have been successfully providing a range of services supporting adults with a Learning Disability and/or long-term mental health needs, to live an independent life. Our mission is to provide person centered support to people living either in their own homes or within our residential services.

We aim to promote people’s independence and self-reliance and encourage them to live independently within their own homes within the community.

To do this, we need enthusiastic, caring staff, who are willing to learn and care about providing high quality support.

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic, and committed people to join our team.

We are currently looking to recruit support workers, bank support workers and volunteers

As a volunteer you can play an important and valuable role in Outreach Community and Residential Services Centre. It is a wonderful way to get involved in the community, develop lots of new skills, meet different people and develop new skills to ADD to your CV.

At Outreach, many volunteers give their time and effort to help the community and we are always on the lookout for new people to join our team. We’re making some exciting changes to our space and now is a greater time than ever to get involved. From helping our service users directly to working behind the scenes on our rebrand, newsletter, website, or marketing activities, or even in our office supporting our IT or events team, there is something for everyone!
