Patient Transport Service (PTS) is a non-emergency service for people who may need special support getting to and from their healthcare appointments. We provide the service for patients in Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

Entitlement to transport can depend on your specific requirements, medical condition and mobility, therefore you need to meet the Eligibility criteria as defined by our local commissioners before using the service. To find out if you’re eligible you can contact your local booking centre who will ask you some simple questions to identify your needs.
