People Matters HR was founded in 2011, by Niel Cope, a HR Director with 25 years’ experience to provide companies of all sizes with a cost effective and superior Managed Services HR model. Over the years we have been able to deliver Director level HR consultancy services at a fraction of the cost and pride ourselves on becoming an extension of your team, allowing you to create strong leaders, engaged employees and a better business.
