Pennine Social Care is a locally-based provider of experienced, highly motivated and fully trained home care workers, serving Bury and the whole of Greater Manchester. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission as an approved/regulated care provider.
We offer specialist packages of person-centered care tailored to meet your exacting specifications. We understand that our team of staff are bringing a very personal service into your home. As such we pride ourselves on our carers maintaining high standards of professionalism, adapting to your needs and requirements so that you are fully comfortable with the assistance you receive.
We can provide short and long calls to assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation and other domestic tasks. We aim to provide consistency in the carers who are work with each client, minimising the disruption or concern that can be caused by regular changes of staff coming into a client's home.
Our home care packages are not just suited to support the elderly, but also adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties, physical disabilities, dementia or undergoing a period of post-hospital rehabilitation and recovery.
Whatever your needs or circumstances, just get in touch with us for a friendly and informal discussion about how we can help.
