About this service
When the individuals are referred into our service, each service user will be provided with a personal mentor and will also have the opportunity to join the “F92 Team”. Through this excellent opportunity the service users will be presented with the sense of belonging and ability to thrive in a safe and welcoming environment.
Each young person will be supported to create and develop a personal progression plan with their personal mentor.
This plan will identify each of their specific needs and then present them with the next steps required in order to achieve their goals.

Notes
The young person needs to be NEET and ideally have an EHCP but this is not essential.
