Radcliffe and District over 50s Yoga Therapy Group are a community group based at the St John Ambulance Brigade building in Sion Street, Radcliffe. Our sessions take place every Monday and Wednesday from 1.30 - 3pm. All abilities are welcome and the classes can be done either from the floor or on a chair.

Our classes are lead by our experienced and fully qualified Yoga Therapist, Olivia Rigby. The classes focus on maintaining movement throughout the body by releasing the joints, especially the spine. Physical, mental and emotional issues are dealt with in a balanced, therapeutic practice that incorporates all areas of yoga; posture work, breathing exercises, sound and relaxation techniques are used.

The group is friendly and supportive and focuses on what we can do, not what we can't.

You will need to bring your own equipment of a yoga mat and blanket. Extra equipment is provided. Please contact Olivia Rigby on 07746197511 for further information.
