About this service
We are a group of about 12 women who play walking football together every Sunday morning.
We are at present between the ages of 35 and 65.
We are looking for new members to join us we are setting up a team for those who wish to play in tournaments and friendlies against other teams in the North West inc. Man City, Preston, Haslingden and Droylsden.
We are taking part in a weekend tournament in Blackpool staying over for 2 nights. Bury Living well fund has kindly funded us to help us purchase football kits, equipment, pitch fees etc.
The first session is free then it's £3 drop in from then on. Once a month we hold a social in the clubhouse with free sandwiches, cake and hot drinks.
