About this service
Tiddlywinks Day Nursery is a family run business established in 1994 offering families a high quality, flexible, child centred service where parents can be confident in the care and education their child will receive with us.
We aim to make each child's time with us a happy, fun filled and exciting journey, where they learn through Curiosity, Investigation and Discovery.
All our staff team have been selected with the utmost care and we aim to make their working environment a happy one, where they feel part of a team and thus creating stability for all the children in the nursery
It is the ethos of Tiddlywinks Day Nursery that staff training and development is crucial to providing a quality team to care for the children. Members of staff are encouraged to attend training where they feel it will benefit themselves and their everyday practise. Long term training is available as members of staff are furthering their childcare careers, including Foundation Degrees and BA Honours in Early Years Practice.
Members of staff are keycarers to a small group of children; this named member of staff will support your child's development and be a key contact during your child's time at Tiddlywinks.
We recognise parents as the first educators for their children and our enthusiastic staff team are dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for the children working in close partnership with parents and carers sharing each milestone.
We are always available to speak to parents/carers who may need advice, guidance or have any concerns with regards to their children.
We are part of the Brush Bus tooth brushing scheme Click here to find out more about the scheme.
Tiddlywinks Day Nursery is signed up to Bury Council's Golden Apple Award Scheme and is accredited with the Gold Award. Click here to find out more about the scheme.
