Wheels for All

The Wheels for All initiative is a nationally recognised programme that provides children, young people and adults with additional needs the opportunity to engage in a quality cycling activity. By using specially adapted cycles, the activities are both physically and mentally stimulating and above all FUN for everyone involved.

Bury Wheels for All Centre is situated in Clarence Park, Walmersley Road, Bury and is operated in partnership with Cycling Projects. The centre provides cycling sessions for all the family with adapted cycles, children’s tag along trailers and two wheeled cycles of various sizes too choose from.

You have the opportunity to try different cycles in traffic free environment in Bury's largest urban local community park and to ADD to the fun it is not as flat as it looks! For more information please contact George Wolstencroft (g.wolstencroft@bury.gov.uk).

Drop-in sessions currently run from Clarence Park Bury, 10:00am - 13:00pm every Thursday, no matter the weather! Simply turn up between the drop in session times and cycle till whenever! Sessions cost £4 (cash only), booking is not required!

Wheels for All also offers private bookings, if your school, community group, charity or organisations, would be interested in private booking either our Clarence Park or Bury Athletics Track venues, please contact George above.
