Equine Assisted Therapy is designed to encourage interaction between people and horses to help promote mental well-being.
Horses have a unique ability to observe and read peoples’ energy and emotions. Working with them is a uniquely fulfilling way for you to discover more about yourself and develop new coping strategies and self-help techniques.
