About this service
If you have a Personal budget and use Direct Payments to arrange your care and support through an agency, our Managed Account Service can make your life easier.
You make the decisions and stay in control of your support services while we take care of managing all the financial instructions.
We will:
- Receive and hold your Personal budget / Direct Payments funds in a secure, dedicated bank account
- Make sure the money from the Local Authority is correct
- Receive invoices and arrange payments to care agencies
- Produce statements showing all transactions
