About this service
Me and My Therapy provide Therapeutic Toolkits for Children and Young People.
All toolkits contain resources to enable children to explore their grief and promote positive wellbeing.
Our two main streams are therefore 'Grief' and 'Wellbeing.'
We also provide bespoke boxes for organisations and develop the contents as per the requested theme.
Our bespoke packages come with the choice of training/workshops for professionals.
