Myaware (formerly Myasthenia Gravis Association)

Myaware is the only charity in the UK dedicated solely to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia.  

Myaware supports people with myasthenia and their families. We fund research to seek better treatments and ultimately a cure. We campaign for better medical services for people with myasthenia and work to inform medical professionals.

Members of myaware have full access to a wide range of support services and events including our specialist benefits advisor and counselling service. 

I cover the North West of England as a support worker. We have quarterly support group meetings in the Greater Manchester area.  Please check out our website for more details.
