About this service

Growing Together Radcliffe Support CIC. provides much needed support for the local community.

Foodbank is a crisis/ emergency only by referral for Radcliffe/ central Ainsworth area only.

A one off referral for 6 visits only.

Open Fri 9am - 12pm

With support and signposting to:

  • Live Well smoking cessation every fortnight - next visit 10th April
  • Calico Gateway - assistance with homelessness, private tenancy advice etc
  • Weekly Early intervention worker - for people struggling to maintain their tenancies , at risk of being made homeless
  • Weekly CAB - please check for dates
  • Bury Council - assistance with benefit checks incl. pension credit. 
  • Appointments for help with PIP forms, council tax, rent, free school dinners etc
  • Second Friday of the month
  • Ad hoc service drop ins
  • Children's activities, cookery classes, craft session etc

Café open to all on Friday morning- pay what you can

We are a 'Profit for purpose organisation'.

After paying insurance, energy bills, rent, maintenance etc. every £1 goes back to helping our local community

Your donations help us subsidise the foodbank, children's activities, pays for extra support, subsidises the café, helps with repairs and maintenance

For the foodbank a referral form can be requested from us via info@gtr-centre.co.uk

A referral needs to be made by an agency and consent signed to refer to other services to assist your situation on your first access to our service.
