First Steps to an Online NHS Account

You can use the NHS app to: Manage your health online, access a range of NHS services, See your GP health record, Access other personal information, and Book appointments online.

To download the NHS app, you need

  • An email address

  • A mobile phone or tablet

  • To be at least 13 years old

  • To have a UK phone number

  • To be registered with a GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man

  • To create an NHS login account

 

You can download the NHS app from the App Store or Google Play

To create an NHS login account, you can

  1. Enter your email address and select Continue.

  1. Choose a password.

  1. Accept the NHS login terms and conditions.

  1. Enter the security code sent to you by email.

  1. Enter your mobile phone number and select Continue.

  1. Enter the security code sent to you by text message.
