Healthy Start Scheme

Who Qualifies?

Women who are at least 10 weeks pregnant

Children under 4 years old

If they or their family receives:

Income support

Child tax credit

Universal credit

All women aged 18 and under who are pregnant

regardless of receiving any benefits

Temporary extension to scheme for NRPF

Healthy start vouchers are now being issued through a mastercard style payment card. If your food pantry accepts payment in this way, customers will be able to pay for their food items using the vouchers.
