Able Futures is a nationwide specialist partnership set up to provide the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

The aim of Able Futures is to help people living with mental health difficulties have more good days than bad ones. Consequently, the service is specifically designed to tailor help to people in work and in need of support managing their mental health.

Able Futures delivers support to employers and providers of apprenticeships, as well as directly helping individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.

Support is delivered by qualified health care professionals, a range of specialist partners and advisers based throughout Great Britain. Each partner possesses a track record of providing first-class employment services.

The support provided under the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service helps people coping with work and mental health difficulties have more good days, so that they stay in employment.
