Bury Community IV Therapy Service

0 Reviews

We provide IV antibiotics in the community to people aged 18 years and above (or 16/17 years where clinically appropriate) who are registered with a GP in Bury.

Our role is to provide you with high quality and individualised treatment to help you recover from an illness or injury, or to manage your long-term illness so you enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Due to covid-19 and the latest government advice, we will be triaging all our referrals to the Bury IV therapy team and assessing patients who are high risk and vulnerable. If they are we will be conducting home visits rather than asking patients to come to the clinic.

We have stepped down our Bisphosphonate service as per recommendations from Christies hospital. Patients are being contacted and treatment delayed.

Our service is open from 8am to 8pm seven days a week. We will do our best to offer you the most convenient appointment time possible, but this will be subject to availability.
