We are a Martial Arts and Boxing Club located near Bury Town Centre. We offer a wide range of activities including Boxing, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, Self Defence, Muay-Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Circuit Training, Yoga, Zumba and a Youth Club.
We offer classes for Men, Women and Children with first class instructors and we are open and welcome to all communities. As a registered charity; our classes are reasonably priced and we offer discounts for students and those who are unemployed.
We have also secured funding support from the Bury Let's Live Well Service and offer discounted 1 to 1 personal fitness sessions and have a Body Composition and BMI scale on site. It gives you a free print out off all your key health measurements
We have recently agreed to share/ rent out facilities with Bury Amateur Boxing Club
Have a good sized meeting room/ classroom that can be used for community meetings and will be used by the group to do classroom based training in areas such as ESOL, GCSE extra classes, first aid etc
