There are many fitness and wellbeing classes available, each one has different benefits.

All our classes are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.

Instructors will adapt classes to fit the needs of everyone taking part. 

Instructor- led classes

  • Tabata - 9.30am to 10.15am (Studio one)
  • Kettlercise - 10.15am to 11.00am (Studio one)
  • Pilates - 10.15am to 11.00am (Studio two)
  • Body blaster - 11.15am to 12.00pm (Studio one)
  • Gentle movers - 11.15am to 12.00pm (Studio two)
  • Bodypump - 12.15pm to 1.15pm (Studio one)
  • Bring your baby fitness session - 1.45pm to 2.30pm
  • Bodystep - 5.30pm to 6.30pm (Studio one)
  • Pilates - 5.30pm to 6.15pm (Studio two)
  • Pilates - 6.30pm to 7.15 (Studio two)
  • Kettlercise - 6.30pm to 7.15pm (Studio one)
  • Spin - 6.45pm to 7.30pm (Spin studio)
  • Lower body blast - 7.15pm to 8.00pm (Studio one)
