At Cerebra we understand that if you have one child that doesn't sleep, the whole family suffers.  Our dedicated Sleep Advice Service is here to help.

Our range of sleep services will help your child - and everyone in your family -  get a good nights sleep

We have various resources including our sleep guide which gives detailed information on how you can tackle issues to improve your family's sleep and our sleep cards offer advice dealing with specific sleep problems, we also offer one to one telephone support.

If you just have a question/query about the Sleep Service you can email on at sleep@cerebra.org.uk and the team will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can.

If you or a family you support have a child 16 or under with a brain related condition and your sleep routine is non-existent or not working, please contact us for advice.

Please fill in our referral form to let us know a little bit about your child's sleep problem.  We will then email you a sleep pack to fill in.  

Once we receive your completed sleep appication and diary you will be assigned a sleep practitioner, who will arrange a telephone consultation with you and will give you support over the phone.

Please note: Due to a large volume of referals to the Sleep Team our sleep practitioners may take longer than normal to get back to you.
