For residents of Bury registered with a Bury GP.

This service is provided by a specialist nurse who holds a Diagnostic Doppler clinic at Radcliffe Primary Care Centre that offers an accurate diagnosis for patients with circulatory problems.

The clinics are held on Tuesday afternoons 2 to 5 pm with each appointment lasting for approximately 1 hour.

Provides Assessment and treatment for patients with extremely complex wounds.

Conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may have an impact on the wound healing processes.

Referrals should be sent directly to the Specialist Tissue Viability Nurse these will then be triaged.

Referrals can also be made via District Nurses, Treatment Room Nurses, GPs, Podiatrists and Nursing Homes.
