- Monday Body Condition 11am and Yoga 12.15pm
- Wednesdays: 50+ Aerobics 11am -12pm
- Thursday: Kettlebell Fatloss: 8-9pm Outdoor H.I.I.T Bootcamp workout at St Andrews Primary School field/playground:
- Thursday 7pm Yoga & 8.05pm HIIT
- Saturday 9.30am Indoor Bootcamp 10.20am Pilates
- Classes from £5 pay as you go (20% off courses). Drop a dress size intense 5 week course includes weekly training, meetings, weigh in, measure, educational eating plan.
