This is a yoga class for every body. Come and experience the joy of yoga with a Britsh Wheel of Yoga teacher, who has completed 500hrs of study to gain a Level 4 Diploma and who has a passion to spread the benefits and pleasures that yoga can bring into your life. Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike, every class is carefully planned so that everybody is included. It doesn't matter if you're flexible or stiff, tall or small, old or young. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Yoga can help with increasing your strength and flexibility, improving your balance and posture, improving circualtion and lowering blood pressure, boosting the immune system, improving sleep, improving mental health and our ability to relax and calm the mind.
