Kid-Fit has been designed to help children build confidence and self esteem along with developing a great relationship with health & fitness.

knocking the anxiety on the head that we as adults got when starting the gym.

Sessions are 45 minutes filled with fitness, games and a whole lot of fun!

Tuesday 4:30pm, Thursday 4:30pm and Saturday 10:30am.

Pay as you go option and membership for 3 sessions per week.
