We specialise in providing Occupational Therapy and Sensory Processing assessments and interventions for all age groups. These can take place in the individual's preferred setting, for instance, home, school/college, clinic space or other community setting. Indirect work can occur online if appropriate. We use structured clinical observations and standardised assessments, including the Sensory Processing Measure, Sensory Profile, Adult/Adolescent Sensory History Questionnaires, along with Model of Human Occupation Assessment tools; and Motor Skills-based assessments, such as the Movement ABC-2 and the BOT-2 Brief. We endeavour to be person and family-centred in our approach to enable individuals to achieve their full potential and live as meaningful a life as possible.

We can address difficulties with motivation, routine, issues with accessing or engaging with work, education or activities.

Occupational Therapy uses a practical approach to Assessment and intervention rather than talking therapies, which are not for everyone. This approach can be tailored to the person's individual needs and interests.

If you or a family member is struggling with a condition, such as ASD or ADHD, Mental Health, Mild learning difficulties, Sensory Processing or any general difficulty that is affecting participation in everyday life please get in touch to discuss how Occupational Therapy might help.

Qualified Occupational Therapist since January 2011.

Experience working in a range of health, social care and education settings, including: Adult re-ablement, Adult Forensic Mental Health, CAMHS inpatient and community, ASD Intensive Support Team, Sensory Integration Service.

Private work has included: School Sensory Integration packages, individual Sensory Processing assessments and intervention, training for education staff, provision of clinical supervision and consultancy for professionals.
