MS Yoga Therapy are a community support group. We hold a weekly, online, chair yoga therapy session led by our fully qualified and experienced yoga therapist, Olivia.

Our moto is 'making the most of what we've got, for as long as we've got it.' The sessions are supportive, friendly and fun. As well as doing some gentle, supportive chair yoga therapy, relevant to your individual needs, we encourage everyone to discuss their condition with others who are in a similar position to themselves.

Throughout the yoga therapy session you are encouraged to keep things comfortable and to make adjustments or changes if things aren’t comfortable or not working as they should. This could involve using extra props and supports or changing posture completely.

We have helped many members over the years maintain mobility, improve their posture and balance, learn to relax, and much more. This all helps develop a more positive body awareness. This, in turn, helps you manage your condition a lot better. We want more people with MS to benefit from the yoga therapy sessions so come and join us and find out for yourself.
