RammyMen currently run sessions for anyone (male or female) who fancies getting stuck in with new activities, or having a brew and a natter.

'Public Living Room' sessions run on Monday and Wednesday, 11am-1pm, and Wednesday and Thursday 7-9pm at their premises in Stubbins Mill (alongside Melba Swintex) - anyone can just turn up.

In addition, on Friday mornings from 11am-2pm their Men's Shed project runs at the Eagle and Child - just turn up to. Monday evenings has a walk-and-talk - for this, please get in touch via Rammy Men.org for more details.

If anyone is really struggling then the RammyMen has a helpline: 03303 552468 and a text helpline: 07984 448235

The organisation has a pool of professional counsellors, and can refer into all kinds of other services should people need further help. In addition they run an extremely successful suicide awareness and reduction conference.

During lockdown over 360 volunteers came forward from among the organisation's members, helping vulnerable and isolated people across the whole of Bury.
