COVID19 update:

During this time, we are operating online still with all our kettlebell small group sessions and 1-2-1 personal training. Sessions are held via Zoom so are fully interactive and coached on an individual level.

From 1-2-1 personal training to small group sessions such as kettlebell club and running and legs, bums & tums, we offer a range of services all of which are coached on a personal and individual level. We know your name, we know your goals and we know you can feel amazing! Our community extends outside the doors of the Spark Fitness studio where our members cheer each other on in our FaceBook group, lift each other up at events and share a friendly CHAT when they meet up for a plod in the park.
