The Steps to Success (S2S) programme is designed to help our Six Town Housing tenants step onto the ladder that will hopefully assist them to work through their barriers and give them the confidence to progress into employment or training.
The programme provides work experience opportunities, apprenticeship vacancies, employment support and various short and long term courses.
