Our support staff will offer a variety of 1:1 and group support sessions looking to help individuals better understand their mental health, improve self-care and coping skills. Which will in turn, reduce the frequency of individuals experiencing crisis and hospital admissions, and aid vulnerable individuals on their ongoing recovery journeys.
Our service will support vulnerable and isolated individuals to reintegrate back into the community, by encouraging participation in community support groups or activities, accompanying individuals to activities to ease initial anxieties, and encourage peer support to and from other individuals with shared interests or similar lived experiences.
As many vulnerable people suffering with mental illness are often experiencing other difficulties including housing and employment issues, difficulties obtaining welfare benefits or managing finances.
