Create spaciousness in the body and mind with dyanmic sequences designed to cultivate energy, vitality and stamina.

Yoga Flow integrates breath and movement, exploring the body as a whole in order to strengthen, mobilise and energise. Classes also involve pranayama (breath-work) intended to help still the mind and prepare us for meditation.

Sessions offer variations of poses and practices to meet the needs of individual students, be they beginners or experienced practitioners.

Every class closes with time in relaxation and a guided Yoga Nidra.
