The Bury Directory

All Bury Childcare providers who have given consent have been added to the Bury Directory by the Family Information Service. Before you can access your page you will need to set up an account using your email address as a log in.

The Provider Portal

You will have been provided with a Username and Password by the Family Information Service (FIS) to gain access to the Portal. In most cases your Username will be your OfSTED Registration Number (often called your EY Number) unless you have changed it and the password will be whatever you have set it as. If you need a reminder of your details or your password resetting simply email FIS at childinfo@bury.gov.uk

We appreciate that some settings may want multiple logins with different access levels for different staff members,

If you provide funded places you may want two different sets of login details and your username in this case will usually be your OfSTED Registration Number with the word Fund at the end and the password will be whatever you have set it as

We understand that for most providers it would be easier to just have one login that covers everything but if you require a second login please email childinfo@bury.gov.uk and let us know.
