What is Self-Care and why is it Important?

Self-Care covers everything relating to staying physically and mentally healthy from hygiene and nutrition to seeking medical care when required. Everything you do is a small step contributing towards taking care of your own health and wellbeing, whether it improves physical health, emotional health, or both.
