Chair based exercise can help improve muscle to and flexibility. Regular exercise can benefit all ages, boost energy levels, help maintain a healthy weight and building muscle tone which can help to reduce the risk of falls. 

If you are new to exercise the chair based exercise can be the way forward. Chair based classes are a gently way to get people moving who may have reduced mobility. Using resistance bands and light weights, in time to music, you work at your own pace to gradually regain your fitness. 

Have you had a hip, knee or shoulder operation and want to do more exercise but not sure what to try. Chair based exercise me be the first step to regain your fitness.
