We are a Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service, supporting Children and Young People.
We offer interventions that allow children and young people to explore difficult experiences through play and creativity. We also support your setting by delivering training, consultation and workshops.
We offer: Play Therapy, Creative Therapy, Creative psychotherapy, Art Therapy Autplay, DDP, Integrative Counselling, CPD and Twilight training, Therapeutic parenting support, Parent child sessions, Assessments, Parent workshops and Parent Training (This list is not exhaustive)
We Specialise in: complex trauma, domestic violence, loss, abuse and neglect, trauma, attachment, relationships, education and behaviour. We are specialist in supporting settings with their pastoral care.

- Childhood trauma and attachment (Online)
A course with 4 modules offering foster carers an insight into how childhood trauma affects children and young people. This course offers lots of practical helpful advice and support for foster carers to begin using at home and includes a handbook and online resources. It is brilliant for agencies who want to train carers and staff to become more trauma informed and therapeutic in their approaches.
Modules include:

-Connection vs disconnection when approaching behaviour

- Therapeutic Schools Award
This award helps you to implement a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing. Giving you step by step approaches and strategies to help you become trauma informed, attachment aware and more therapeutic. This course closes the gap between theory and practice and helps make the science relevant to everyday scenarios- so that you know what to do to help! This program includes a 6 module therapeutic teaching course to embed a therapeutic approach across the school. Upskilling staff to become trauma informed and to put wellbeing at the heart of all they do. You will also have access to our wellbeing curriculum, including lesson plans and live lessons and online resources and support for the staff team. Your school will need to work through a programme and complete specific criteria such as transforming your environments in line with our therapeutic classroom guidelines, evidence therapeutic response skills and much more. You will need to submit evidence that you have met our criteria in order to achieve the award. Everything Is accessed through our online hub.

- Therapeutic Teaching Course
A course with 6 modules for all staff in your school. This course looks at essential information about mental health and wellbeing in education and how childhood trauma can impact their ability to flourish at school. Our course modules give you the underpinning knowledge you need to become trauma informed and then upskill and empower you to become more therapeutic in your approaches. It is full of strategies and tools to implement straight away and full of resources to help you make a difference. Written and delivered via our online training by Shahana Knight our founder and director who has experience of childhood trauma herself and was recently a finalist for the inspirational women award!

Session Information
- Sessions are 35-45 mins long depending on the needs of the child or young person. We offer one to one sessions and group/ sibling sessions. We offer sessional rates, half day and full day packages

Referral Notes
Referrals are accepted from Parents and Carers, Social workers, Professionals In Schools, Occupational Therapists and any other Professional involved with the child or young person.
More and more children are struggling with their emotional wellbeing and mental health due to difficult experiences in their lives such as loss, domestic violence and abuse. We believe all children and young people should be able to access play and creative therapy should they need it, the children are the core of our work.
Play Therapy and Creative Therapy are effective interventions for both low level and complex referrals. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issue relating to the emotional wellbeing of a child of young person.
