We offer an amazing service for women who need interview clothing and interview preparation. Smart Works have a fantastic team of experienced volunteers who assist us with everything styling and coaching.
We work with several referral agencies, including Jobcentre Plus, Work Programme providers and charities. Any female jobseeker can be referred to Smart Works as long as she has a confirmed job interview and needs help with interview clothes and confidence-building.

Eligibility Notes
Must be unemployed and have a guaranteed interview to access our interview preparation sessions.
Career coaching is open to all women who are looking for support with getting back into Employment.
